The InstaGroup, since foundation in 1980, has focused its core business on the development and supply of cavity wall and roof insulation materials for the energy efficiency industry. Karnheath Ltd are a member of Instafibre's Consortium.


Scottish & Southern Energy are one of the largest energy companies in the UK. Karnheath Ltd have partnered with Scottish & Southern Energy to insulate homes in the north east through social housing schemes.

Walltransform Ltd was set up by Glenn Melvin to bring the new insulating plaster Wall-Reform to market. (and to assist in bringing an end to fuel poverty). Karnheath Ltd use Wall Transform materials for properties that require solid wall insulation.

Two Castle’s Housing Association

Two Castles Housing Association has been a leading housing provider for over 40 years. They provide affordable homes in rural and urban communities across the North East and North West and are committed to supporting the regeneration and sustainability of villages, towns and cities.

Mile Castle Housing Association

Mile Castle, formerly Tynedale Housing which forms part of the ISOS group are responsible for around 11,000 homes across both rural and urban areas of the North East. Mile Castle appointed Karnheath Ltd as their insulation contractor in Spring of 2008 and continue to work with us today.

Cheviot Housing

Cheviot Homes was established in 1969 and is a Registered Provider of affordable homes operating in North East England. Cheviot offer a range of homes and services for single people, families, older people, and people with support needs. Cheviot appointed Karnheath Ltd as their insulation contractor back in 2006 and they continue to work with us today.

NHS (St Nicholas Hospital, Chad House - Outpatient Unit)

St Nicholas hospital site, built in 1899, is situated in the centre of Gosforth, Newcastle. The site comprises of 12 hectares of land with mainly Victorian style buildings, some new build facilities and a number of other building across the site. The NHS contracted Karnheath to insulate the loft at Chad House, St Nichola's outpatient unit in January, 2008.

Persimmons

Persimmons homes are one of the leading house builders in the country, building 10,000 new homes a year on more than 400 sites nationwide. They are commited to creating enjoyable environments to suit every lifestyle. Persimmons contracted Karnheath Ltd over a ten year period for loft and cavity wall insulation to residential estates throughout the North East.

Bellway Homes

The Bellway Group has provided more than 100,000 homes since it was formed in 1946 and is one of the largest housebuilders in the country with operations spanning the length and breadth of the United Kingdom. Bellway contracted Karnheath Ltd over a ten year period for loft and cavity wall insulation to residential estates throughout the North East.

Bryant Homes

Bryant Homes, part of the Taylor Wimpey Group is one of the UK's largest house builders. Karnheath carried out the cavity wall and loft insulation to one of Bryant's new build developments in Great Park, Gosforth.

Brims Construction

Brims Construction founded in 2006 set about re-establishing the Brims name as a major North East construction company. Quality, commitment and client satisfaction remain the central core values and are the driving force behind the companys strong growth and expanding client base. Brims contracted Karnheath to insulate new build office space located in Newcastle upon Tyne in the summer of 2008.
