Founder and owner of Karnheath Ltd, Terry has worked in the insulation industry for over 30 years. He initially began his career as a lighting engineer in the early seventies and single handly installed all of the lighting in Durham Castle. What a clever chap!
His wealth of experience in insulation and energy efficiency has made Karnheath Ltd one of the most respected and well known insulation companies in the North East.

Pauline joined Karnheath Ltd in 1978 as the companies first administration employee. After nearly thirty years with the business she's almost running the place! Contact Pauline for all general enquiries.
Laura Pattison, Administration Associate
Laura joined Karnheath Ltd in August, 2007 as her first full time job since leaving school. As our main point of contact for all client bookings, Laura is an invaluable member of our team. She also makes a fantastic cuppa!
Guy Stephens, Supervisor
Guy has been with Karnheath Ltd since 1993. He initially began as a cavity wall and loft installer and now manages all of our installer teams, company machinery and equipment and is also a fully qualified surveyor for when we need him. A very handy guy indeed!
Oliver Stephens, Surveyor
Oliver joined Karnheath Ltd in 2005. He is a fully qualified surveyor and is the primary contact for all our housing association projects.
Tony Smith, Surveyor
Tony has worked as a qualified insulation installer for Karnheath Ltd since 2001 and covers the entire North East Region.
Neil Strike, Surveyor
Neil joined Karnheath Ltd as a qualified insulation surveyor early in 2008. He works with a team of energy assessors throughout the North East region.
